heat & smoke goes from one end to the other and back again
before exiting out the smokestack for the most even

fish, cooking Brunswick stew, corn on the cob, etc.

Double sliding roll top doors.
Original Deep South Grill’s design. Instead of having
to lift all the way to open hinged doors, Deep South Grills
has designed easy to open sliding roll top doors. These
doors are lightweight- open and close with the touch of a
finger!
If you just want to get a few
ribs off the bottom rack simply roll back the door enough to
pull out the bottom meat rack keeping all the heat inside
for the top racks! Utilizing the sliding roll top door
design there is more room for more meat racks top to bottom.
A
propane assisted firebox coupled with serpentine smoker
design, where the heat and smoke goes to the other end of
the smoker before coming up into the cooking chamber and
coming back allows the propane to do the cooking and the
charcoal or hickory wood to give the meat its flavor. It
also sports tray tables for food preparation on both sides
and low pressure and high pressure burners on the back for
frying fish, boiling corn or just keeping food warm. All on
a 6x12’ trailer with the leveling jacks.
